Terms and Conditions
Returns Policy

We make every endeavour to describe the item accurately in the listing. However, if upon receipt there is a significant defect that has not been described, please notify us immediately. We will do our utmost to resolve the problem through a refund or other agreed arrangement. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment etc.

Payment and shipping terms are as follows:

UK buyers: We accept payment by cheque, postal order or PayPal. Shipping costs £1.60 by standard First Class mail (uninsured), £2.10 by 1st class recorded delivery and £4.50 by Special Delivery, which is signed for and includes tracking, insurance and next day delivery. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to "MK Pens Ltd.".

US and Canadian buyers: We accept payment in GB Pounds by PayPal or International Money Order (or bankers' draft). Please note that GBP payments can be made from PayPal USD accounts! Shipping costs GBP 2.00 by standard airmail (uninsured), and GBP 7.00 with insurance.

European buyers: We accept payment in GB Pounds by PayPal or International Money Order (or bankers' draft). Shipping costs GBP 1.50 by standard airmail (uninsured), and GBP 6.50 with insurance.

Other overseas buyers: We accept payment in GB Pounds by PayPal or International Money Order (or bankers' draft). Please note that GBP payments can be made from PayPal USD accounts! Shipping costs GBP 3.00 by standard airmail (uninsured), and GBP 7.00 with insurance.

Cash payments: Note that we can also accept payments in cash by GB Pounds, US Dollars or Euros - please purchase using the "Cheque" option then email us to confirm the exchange rate if not paying by GB Pounds.

Import Duty

All packages containing purchases made by buyers outside the EU will be appropriately labelled. However, we cannot guarantee that duty will not be payable by the buyer, since this is entirely under the control of the importing customs authorities.

Despatch and shipping

It is our aim to despatch all items within three days of receipt of payment.

Insured post:

If you have chosen an insured postal service (e.g. Special Delivery or International Signed For) we will of course refund or replace any item lost in the post.

Non-insured post:

Please note that if you have chosen a non-insured postal service, any item lost in the postal system is the buyer's responsibility. We will however do all we can to trace the lost item and we will submit a claim to the Post Office on your behalf.
