This is a brand new Pelikan "Series 200" fountain pen, with a black cap and blue marbled barrel.  The pen measures 4.80" / 122 mm uncapped and 4.95" / 126mm with the cap on.  It has a gold plated stainless steel medium nib and comes in a very handsome Pelikan presentation case.
