The shallow imprint reads "GEO.S.PARKER-PARKER-MADE IN U.S.A. 6"".  The  silver pearl finish makes the imprint hard to discern  in normal use.  

There single silver band around the centre of the barrel and the typical Parker "arrow" clip is retained by a black jewel. The plating on the sides of the clip is somewhat worn.It is a twist action pencil, using 0.9mm leads  The pencil features what is probably the original eraser, albeit somewhat hard and perished, accessed by pulling apart the two halves of the pencil.
