The Parker Sonnet is an important part of the modern Parker range, coming in a variety of finishes, covering the mid-price range. This example, finished in glossy black laquer and with a broad gold plated cap band is still a current model, though with some minor cosmetic changes. This propelling pencil is one of the more up-market variants, matching the top of the range Sonnet fountain pens. The pencil has a twist-cap mechanism and uses 0.5mm leads.
