Made in England, this Parker 45 Flighter is finished in brushed steel with a long black plastic 'blind cap' (that's the piece at the end of the barrel that is purely decorative). Parker 45s come with either push caps or screw caps. This one has a push cap, and has a long chrome plated clip. The cap has an imprint reading "PARKER      MADE IN ENGLAND".  

It is fitted with a medium nib, and has a new converter. This converter can be pulled out and conventional cartridges inserted if preferred.  Parker 45s are made so that the nib unit can be easily unscrewed and a nib of other characteristics used.

This pen has been serviced and cleaned, and a new cartridge converter fitted.
