Condition:

This Parker 51 Custom is in good condition throughout.  The plastic parts are free from any scratches or other marks however, note that the very tip of the nib shell has been chipped and filed smooth. This doesn't affect writing - see pictures. The gold plated cap is bright and the plating is good, however it does have a few minor marks of age. The redeeming feature is that this pen is a really great writer.

This pen has a 14ct gold Parker nib with a medium tip.  It is in excellent condition and is an excellent smooth writer.  

Parker 51s are generally reckoned to be one of the most dependable pens ever made.  This pen has had a full strip-down service and is ready for many more years of reliable service.
