This new Sheaffer ballpoint has a metal cap and barrel, brightly palladium plated and with a series of inlaid panels of ultramarine laquer. The clip, cap band and top "tassie" are finished in bright palladium plate. This is a very handsome ballpoint, quite a luxury item.

This is a twist-cap ballpoint and comes with a medium blue refill.
