The Sheaffer "New Gift Collection" or "Gift Collection 2" was introduced in 2007 and comes in a growing range of finishes. The 9315 has a large chunky chrome plated metal cap and a shimmering irridescent red barrel. This is a new shape for the Gift Collection, the cap having a broad flat top, with the clip wrapping across the top.

The ballpoint is the twist-cap variety and comes fitted with a medium blue refill. The mechanical pencil is the clutch-pencil type, the mechanism being operated by twisting the cap. It uses 0.7mm leads.
