This very handsome Pelikan pen is finished in a beautiful combination of a black cap, striated red barrel and gold plated trim. It is a super quality pen and a pleasure to own and use.

The Souverän 600, more often known as the "M 600" is a traditional piston-filler, it is not a cartridge pen and must be filled from a bottle. The advantage of this is a large ink capacity compared to most modern pens. The filling mechanism is operated by twisting the black knob on the end of the barrel.

The nib is extremely attractive in itself and is made from solid 14ct gold, over-plated with rhodium, giving the two-colour effect. It bears the Pelikan logo and the imprint "14c - 585". It has a medium point.

The superb writing performance of these pens is almost legendary and they have a reputation for durability. This pen carries the usual manufacturer's warranty.
