The Pelikan Pura has a solid aluminium cap and barrel in a very striking modern design.  The aluminium has a satin finish, decorated with bright polished details.  This set is finished in silver.

The fountain pen is a cartridge filler, taking the long or short "universal" cartridges.  It has a polished stainless steel nib with a medium point.

The ballpoint is a twist-cap variety and again it uses the "international" (Parker-style) refills.  A medium black cartridge is included.

The set comes in an unusual zip-fastening aluminium case and each case contains a voucher which can be returned to Pelikan for a free leather pen pouch, embossed with your initials.  The pouch measures approximately 130 x 30 x 20 mm.  Note that this offer has a closing date of 31st March 2008.
