Made in England, this grey Parker 45 is trimmed with chrome cap retaining stud, band cap band. The cap has an imprint reading "PARKER      MADE IN ENGLAND".  Parker 45s come with either push caps or screw caps. This one has a screw cap.

It is fitted with a medium nib, and has a new converter. This can be pulled out and conventional cartridges inserted if preferred.  Parker 45s are made so that the nib unit can be easily unscrewed (when ink has been emptied!) and Parker 45 nib of other characteristics used.
