Introduced in 1994 the Rialto range was in fact a renamed version of the earlier Parker 88. It is finished in matt green, with 23 carat gold trim with black cap end and barrel end. The barrel has no imprint, but the gold barrel band is stamped "PARKER RIALTO MADE IN U.K.  A11". The cap features a distinctive long Parker arrow clip retained by a black stud. It is fitted with a medium Parker nib, with a traced design on it. It writes very smoothly. 

 The pen can be fitted with standard Parker cartridges, or be fitted with a converter, as in the example, and filled and used as a conventional fountain pen.
