Made as the economy version of the more famous Parker 51 this is now a relative rarity. The cap has the familiar Parker arrow clip, but with a slimmer arrow flight than on previous pens. Unlike most previous Parkers, this pen is fitted with a slip-on cap. The barrel has a clear imprint reading "PARKER PREMIER MADE IN ENGLAND".

This pen is in virtually unused condition, with no scratches or marks on the barrel and there are no dings, dents etc on the cap band. This pen is beautiful. It is fitted with the aerometric filler and is an excellent writer. The fine side of medium tipped 14ct gold nib is in very good condition and writes very smoothly.
