The Parker 95 was introduced in 1988 and remained in production until 1994, when it was replaced by the Sonnet range. Strange to think that this modern-looking pen must be at least 16 years old already! This example is finished in a glossy black laque with gold plated trim, and a matt black section (the section being the bit that you hold when writing). There are no imprints on the barrel. The push cap features the long stylised arrow clip retained by a gold plated cap end. An imprint around the cap reads " PARKER FRANCE IIA". It is fitted with a cartridge converter, which can be pulled out and conventional Parker ink cartridges used instead.
The gold plated stainless steel nib is semi hooded and is a smooth fine nib. It is stamped simply: "PARKER".
